  • We hand knitted all of our products in Turkey with a small women community. Our headquarter is in NYC, most of our production and shipping operations is in Turkey.

  • All our SM pieces are handmade to order in small quantities and will take anywhere between 5-7 days. Please see product description for exact estimation. Made-to-order means we only create a piece when it has been ordered by one of our customers. Also, we can create special custom pieces specifically for you. 

  • Please do not use the washing machine and dry tumbler. We recommend professional dry cleaners and to use the technique called spot cleaning immediately if you have any small stains on your knitwear piece.

    Folding your knitwear piece into a drawer or box is always the safest storage option.

  • For only U.S. Shoppers, we are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn with original tags, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges at this time.

    Unfortunately, custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.

    Our shipping operations are in Turkey. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
